Hangingwater Studio is a workspace run by artist Lena Papapanagiotou for the creation and teaching of art in Nether Green, Sheffield. It is situated on the upper floor of a row of Victorian workshops in Fulton’s Yard on Nether Green Road.

The studio consists of a shared open-plan space (45m²) ideal for group teaching and a smaller studio (12m²) which is used by silversmith Sophie Williamson, who specialises in bespoke keepsake jewellery.

This web site provides information about the studio and the artists involved. It also provides information about the classes that run here in the studio and details of forthcoming events or exhibitions.

Hangingwater at Heartbeat
from 12th December 2011
Selected works by several of our artists and art groups (Lena Papapanagiotou, Lesley Warren, JWJ Printmakers) will form the basis of the inaugural exhibition of the Heartbeat Gallery,
The Orchard Centre (14-18 West Bar Green, Sheffield S1 2DA).
The exhibition opens to the public at 6pm on
Monday the 12th December.
